Product Launch System

One reusable checklist for every BoneFrog launch. Set the launch details, pick a track, and work top to bottom. Nothing ships until every gate is cleared and Tim has signed off on what needs signing off. The Tim video and letter are produced on the standing 2-week Content Calendar: one recording, four uses (letter, video, product page, eStreamly).

This system is the reusable launch process. The dated, campaign-specific plans are the source of truth for any launch actually in flight. Before using this for a real launch, check the companion documents:
